Self-Compassion in Dance and Performing Arts Conference: Registration

Registration is required for both on-site and online participation. This allows us not only to manage venue capacity but also to share important updates regarding the conference programme, schedule, and practical information with registered participants in advance of the event.

On-site participation

Participation on site is free of charge, but registration is required due to limited venue capacity and for organizational purposes.

Online participation

Online participation is available via live stream (Zoom).

Early registration (until 30 August 2026):

  • Professional dancers, students, and early-career professionals:
    20 EUR / 500 CZK

  • Regular participants:
    30 EUR / 750 CZK

Late registration (after 30 August 2026):

  • Professional dancers, students, and early-career professionals:
    30 EUR / 750 CZK

  • Regular participants:
    40 EUR / 1,000 CZK

Once online participants have registered, they will receive an email with bank transfer details. Registration is confirmed after payment is received.

Important notes

  • The conference language is English. One-page Czech summaries of all presentations will be distributed to participants on the day of the conference.

  • Online participation is intended for audience members only; online presentations are not permitted.

  • All registered participants will receive programme updates and practical information by email prior to the conference.
